Kowit Hot Sauce

Kowit is a true to form Thai sweet chile sauce.To this base we add the fire of the Hatch Lumbre, and the glow of the fiery Red Habanero! This sauce was inspired by a good friend from Thailand who lives in our hometown of Columbus, Oho. Although not New Mexican cuisine, I’m sure you will find many uses forthis wonderful sweet-hot treat!
